What is DSC - Defence Security Corps | पूर्व सैनिकों को DSC में मिलेगी नौकरी | Part 1

रिटायरमेंट के बाद पूर्व सैनिको को DSC में अच्छे Salary Package पर नौकरी करने का मौका होता है, और Ex-servicemen भाई इसमें जॉब करना पसंद करते है, तो असल में DSC होता क्या है ?

तो दोस्तों, DSC यानीकी Defence Security Corps इंडियन आर्मी की एक Under Rated Corp है, जिसके बारे में ज़्यादातर लोग नहीं जानते,
DSC की मेन responsibility होती है designated defense installation और ministry of defense के civil establishments को protection provide करना और उनको Security देना.

Defence Security Corps कैसे शुरु हुआ?
world war 2 के बादसे installation की security का ज़िम्मा Regular Army Units, Garrison Troops, Watch and Ward Wings और Authorised Choukidar के पास था, फिर 25 February 1947 में उत्तर प्रदेश के मथुरा में Defense Department Constabulary सेंटर को स्थापित किया गया, और उसी साल Third May को इसके सेंटर को दिल्ली मे मुव कर दिया गया. ये एक तरिकेकी semi police force थी जिसमें police ranks and titles का इस्तेमाल किया जाता था जिसे 1948 में military title and rank से replace कर दिया गया.
April 1959 में इसका सेंटर चकराटा में shift कर दिया किया गया, जो अभी देहरादून जीले में है. 16 अगस्त 1959 में इस फोर्स को Re-organize करके इसका कंट्रोल indian army headquarters को दे दिया गया, और इसका नाम बदलकर कर defense security corps रख दिया गया.

उसके बाद 21st November 1961 में DSC Center को दोबारा केरला के कंनुर में shift कर दिया गया. आज DSC Center, DSC Records और PAO, DSC कंनुर में ही मौजूद है. यह सेंटर ट्रेन करता है indian army, indian navy और indian air force के पूर्व सैनिकोंको को जिन्होंने defense security corps में जॉब लिया है, ट्रेनिंग के बाद इन्हें अलग अलग पोझिशन पे Recruit किया जाता है.

DSC indian army की 6th largest corp है और DSC की main responsibility है government installation को protect करना, इसलिए इस Role को fulfill करने के लिए DSC provide करती है, Armed security staff, Static Guards, Searchers, Escorts और Mobile Patrols.

DSC Personnels जो है,
वो 37.55% indian army में, 10.83% indian navy में 32.72% indian air force में और 18.9% Other organizations में अपनी service दे रहे हैं.
