Key & Responsibilities 

Shift Supervisor

1. Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process during a specific shift, including filling, packaging, and quality control. 
2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and meet production targets.
3. Ensure all products are manufactured according to established quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
4. Ensure all team members strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities. Assist in the development or revision of SOPs as needed.

Line Manager

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and on schedule. 
2. Supervise, train, and motivate the production team. This involves delegating tasks, providing performance feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
