Job description
Note:-
- Local Candidates Required.
- Candidate must have a Valid Driving License.
- Good Management Skills, Computer Knowledge are Required.
- Conduct surprise visits at sites to ensure staff are working as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Organize and conduct group training sessions on a site-wise basis.
- Provide individual training and guidance during surprise visits as required.
- Develop and implement systems for staff entry/exit and other operational controls at sites according to client requirements.
- Monitor staff performance; if any staff member fails to perform duties properly after training or as per common SOPs, take corrective action, including imposing fines/penalties as per company policy.
