Security Officer

Note:-

• Local candidates required
• Good Management Skills, Computer Knowledge are Required.
• Fire and Safety Knowledge is Required.

Key Responsibilities:-

Security Operations

• Conduct surprise visits at sites to ensure staff are working as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Organize and conduct group training sessions on a site-wise basis.
• Provide individual training and guidance during surprise visits as required.
• Develop and implement systems for staff entry/exit and other operational controls at sites according to client requirements.
• Monitor staff performance; if any staff member fails to perform duties properly after training or as per common SOPs, take corrective action, including imposing fines/penalties as per company policy.

Fire and Safety Duties

• Act as a first responder for minor medical incidents and fire alarms.
• Possess knowledge of fire suppression systems, evacuation routes, and assembly points.
• Conduct basic fire prevention inspections and check the functionality of safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers).
• Assist in safety drills and contribute to safety awareness among employees.
