Job description

Lead the Security and Administration function of the organization with a large workforce.
Develop and implement security & Admin policies, protocols, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV equipment, and investigations
Conduct regular security inspections and investigate security threats and breaches.
Lead company emergency response training and ensure statutory compliance and submission of statutory documents.
Manage the performance of contract security personnel and prepare and manage budgets and expenditures.
Implement creativity and innovation in deploying security technologies and recruit, train, and manage security officers and guards. Maintain good liaison with government authorities
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events and have a good knowledge of intellectual property protection. Present security improvement plans to executives.
Provide protection for personnel and company property through the management of security protocols.

Note:
1) Preference will be given to candidates with corporate experience.
2) Candidates with experience in logistics management or from the logistics trade are preferred.
