Job description
- Monitoring Production as per production Plan & Target.
- Monitoring process wastages as per plan and to identify the improvement area
- Meeting Quality Specifications of products.
- Manage & improve production Yields efficiency and process wastage as per agreed targets.
- Execute Production batches as per agreed plan.
- Managing production area as per GMP norms & related Documentation. Lot-wise Batch receipt preparation.
- Raw Material Stock Update in System.
- Dispatch Co-ordination.
- ISO Documentation Records up-dation.
- Online documentation viz BMR, BPR and SAP entry
- Plan & implement Preventive Maintenance.
- New Process & Product Scale up & Validation in co-ordination with Product Development team.
- Trouble shooting of various issue related production.
- Supervise to manage operators/workers.
- Maintain shopfloor compliance such as Health & safety of Man, Machine & Material & infrastructure
- Participation in improvement activities such as 5s, Kaizan, MEP, etc
- Preference will be given to candidates from EME or having technical background
- Local candidates will consider for this job
