RRB Paramedical Vacancy: Reservation for Ex-servicemen

RRB has released 403 vacancies for Paramedical Staff including Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Lab Assistant, etc.,
जिसमें Ex-servicemen के लिए भी आरक्षण निर्धारित किया गया है।

Total Vacancies – 403
Reservation for Ex-servicemen – As per post & zone-wise norms (Approx. 10% of Group C posts)

RRB Paramedical Eligibility Criteria for Ex-servicemen

Age Limit:

General age limit varies by post (typically between 18–33 years).
Ex-servicemen get relaxation beyond this standard limit.

RRB Age Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen

Ex-servicemen candidates are eligible for age relaxation up to the length of military service + 3 years.
Example: If you served 15 years, you may apply till age 48 (30 + 15 + 3

Education Qualification

Qualification is post-specific –

For Staff Nurse: B.Sc (Nursing) or GNM
For Pharmacist: 10+2 in Science + Diploma in Pharmacy
ESM with equivalent Army medical certifications are eligible as per RRB norms.

Selection Process includes:

Computer Based Test (CBT)
Document Verification
Medical Fitness Test

RRB Paramedical Salary

RRB Paramedical Staff are entitled to Level-4 to Level-7 Pay Matrix

Salary Range: ₹29,200 to ₹44,900 + Allowances

RRB Paramedical Application Fee

Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Minority/EWS: ₹250 (refundable on CBT appearance)
Other ESM (Unreserved/OBC): ₹500 (₹400 refunded after CBT)
