Operation Manager

Candidate should have his own Two Wheeler with valid license.
 

• Supervise and manage field officers, supervisors, and security personnel.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of security staff.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and disciplinary actions if required.

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients.

• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure service standards.

• Address and resolve client complaints promptly.

• Plan and manage duty rosters, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.

• Monitor attendance and ensure timely reporting of guards.

• Coordinate emergency response and incident management.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and incident summaries.

• Track operational budgets, overtime, and other financials.

• Support billing and invoicing by verifying deployment logs and attendance
