Key Responsibilities:- 

• Act as the Liason Officer between the company and government authorities (central, state, municipal), as well as private sector clients.
• Represent the company in meetings with government authorities and selected private entities and conduct all official correspondence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, local bodies, port/airport authorities, and other regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with customs, excise, port, transport, and other departments to ensure smooth clearance and approvals for company operations.
• Track regulatory changes, industry updates, and government policies affecting the logistics sector, and keep management informed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations while minimizing delays and costs due to regulatory requirements.
• Assist internal teams in resolving issues related to statutory bodies, municipal corporations, or other agencies.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of all liaisoning activities and submissions made to authorities.
