Job description

Human Resources Compliance & Management
● Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws.

● Maintain and monitor employee attendance and timesheets.Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.

● Recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.

● Organize and maintain performance appraisal systems, increment schedules, and training plans.

Facilities & Office Administration:

● Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, housekeeping vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.

● Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.

● Monitor and manage IT and office infrastructure, coordinating with internal or external support.

● Ensure all local compliance, including labor laws, fire safety, and municipal requirements, are met.

Process & Workflow Development:

● Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cross-departmental workflows.

● Monitor compliance with internal processes and track task ownership and accountability.

● Ensure documentation and reporting for internal audits or certifications.

● Assist in digitization of administrative processes and drive continuous process improvement
