Eastern Railway ने Cultural Quota के तहत Group ‘C’ पदों के लिए भर्ती 2025-26 की अधिसूचना जारी की है, जिसमें कुल 2 पदों पर ऑफ़लाइन आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। भर्ती Classical Vocal (Female) और Kathakali/Manipuri Dance (Female/Male) जैसे cultural disciplines में की जाएगी।

Ex‑Servicemen को अन्य quota की तरह age में छूट दी जाएगी, लेकिन Cultural Qualification अनिवार्य है।

Eligibility Criteria for Ex‑Servicemen:

🎓 Educational Qualification:

12वीं पास (50% अंक) — Ex‑Servicemen, SC/ST/PwBD के लिए 50% अनिवार्य नहीं
या 10वीं + ITI/NAC (NCVT द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त)

🎭 Cultural Qualification:

Government recognized संस्था से संबंधित discipline में Degree या Diploma आवश्यक

🕒 Age Limit (As on 01‑01‑2026):

UR/EWS: 18–30 वर्ष
OBC: 18–33 वर्ष
SC/ST: 18–35 वर्ष
Ex‑Servicemen: Army Service + 3 वर्ष (Min. 6 months service)
- अधिकतम उम्र: Army सेवा के वर्षों + 3 वर्ष (e.g. 15 साल सेवा = 18 + 15 + 3 = 36 साल तक मान्य)

Salary Structure:

Pay Level: Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
Gross In-Hand Approx: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 (भत्तों सहित)

Selection Process:

Written Exam (50 Marks) – Objective Questions
Practical Demo in Applied Discipline (35 Marks)
Testimonials / Prizes in Discipline (15 Marks)
🔹 Written & Practical दोनों में अलग-अलग 40% minimum qualifying marks अनिवार्य हैं
🔹 Final selection Medical Fitness और Merit पर आधारित होगा

Application Fee:
