Field Officer

Note:

• Valid Driving License is Required.
• Retirement Gap Should Not be More than 5 Years.
• Good Communication & Management Skills are Required.
• Mess Facility is Available at the Site.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Area Supervision and Security: Conduct regular, scheduled patrols and inspections across the designated operational area to monitor activity, assess conditions, and maintain a high-visibility presence to deter unauthorized access.
• Asset Protection and Integrity: Monitor and safeguard the company's physical assets (e.g., equipment, property, infrastructure, materials) from theft, damage, misuse, or vandalism.
• Team Supervision and Training: Oversee and coordinate the work of local staff, providing necessary training, guidance, and support to achieve field objectives.
• Compliance and Safety Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and relevant local regulations within the field of operation. Identify and report non-compliance issues to management.
• Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify operational challenges or conflicts in the field and propose effective solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety protocols.
