Job description

Conducting Audits:
Performing various audit procedures, including risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and sampling.
Documentation:
Documenting business processes, flowcharts, and internal control documentation.
Identifying Issues:
Identifying control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance.
Reporting:
Preparing audit reports, highlighting findings, and providing recommendations.
Communication:
Communicating findings to management and stakeholders, including presenting results to senior management.
Follow-up:
Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and ensuring timely remediation.
Process Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervision:
Supervising junior team members and providing guidance and support.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with relevant audit standards and regulations.
Risk Assessment:
Assessing risks associated with business processes and recommending mitigation strategies.

Note:
1) Local candidates with good management skills and computer knowledge are required.
2) Candidates must be ready to travel 10-15 days every month to visit company stores.
3) Candidates should be able to speak and understand the local language as well as Hindi.
