Assignment Manager

Note:

• Candidates from Infantry and Artillery Trades are Preferred.
• Good Communication & Management Skills are Required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Act as the primary person-in-charge for security operations at a specific client location 
• Man-Management: Supervise, discipline, and manage the daily deployment of security guards and supervisors.
• Roster Management: Create and oversee duty rosters to ensure 24/7 manning of all posts without shortage.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Implement and enforce "Site Instructions" to ensure all security protocols are strictly followed.
• On-the-Job Training (OJT): Conduct regular "side-by-side" training on drill, gate management, and emergency response.
• Client Liaison: Maintain a professional relationship with the client’s Facilities Manager and resolve service-related complaints.
