Area Manager

Note:

• Preference will be Given to Candidates with Experience as a Area Manager.
• Candidate With Good Management Skills and Computer Knowledge is Required.
• Candidate With Good Communication Skills is Required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Team Supervision: Oversee and manage the daily shift operations of the assigned security guard team to ensure all posted duties, patrol routes, access control procedures, and site-specific security protocols are executed correctly and consistently.
• Incident and Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact and on-site operational lead for all security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating the immediate response of the guard team and ensuring adherence to established crisis management plans.
• Compliance and Post-Order Enforcement: Conduct regular on-site inspections and performance checks (audits) to verify that the security team is adhering strictly to the client's rules, site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and detailed post orders at all times.
• Daily and Incident Reporting: Be responsible for the accurate, timely, and detailed creation and submission of all required reports, including daily activity reports (DARs), incident reports, shift pass-down logs, and summaries for senior management or the client.
• Client/Site Liaison: Act as the main operational representative for the client or site management, addressing day-to-day security concerns, communicating necessary changes to the guard team, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction with the security services provided.
