Key & Responsibilities 

Admin Responsibilities 
  • Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining organized records, managing correspondence, and handling procurement of supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Support: Assisting with HR functions, document preparation, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitoring office expenses and maintaining financial records.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to office policies and company guidelines.
Fleet Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations: 
    Coordinating daily fleet operations, including maintenance, repairs, and scheduling of vehicle usage. 
  • Driver Management: 
    Managing driver schedules, monitoring performance and behavior, and ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations. 
  • Logistics & Cost Optimization: 
    Optimizing routes, monitoring fuel consumption, implementing fuel-efficiency strategies, and managing overall fleet costs. 
  • Compliance & Safety: 
    Ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation and safety regulations, as well as maintaining proper documentation for all fleet activities. 
  • Maintenance & Records: 
    Scheduling regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, keeping detailed records of all fleet activities and vehicle information. 
  • Record Keeping: 
    Maintaining accurate records of all fleet-related activities, driver logs, and vehicle maintenance history.
