Pay (CTC Per Month)-
1) Security Guard - Rs.24,333/- (Person who has retired as Sepoy/Naik)
2) Head Security Guard - Rs.27,143/- (Person who has retired as Havildar)
3) Subsidised Food for Rs.30/- day all three meals including tea.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria as under-
1) Below 50 Years of age
2) Medical Category - SHAPE-1 (as mentioned in Discharge Book)
3) Character - Exemplary
