Job description

Designation 1: HR Executive - 1 Position
Job Description :

Assist in developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices.
Plan & execute the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.Training & Development of employees on various topics- Skills and Domain
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs. Ensure diversity and inclusion, workplace ethics, and safety protocols.

Designation 2:Executive QC - 1 Position
Job Description :

Process Assurance :Ensuring that the manufacturing process conforms to established quality standards and guidelines.
Quality Control: Online ( First Piece Approval/Last Piece Approval & amp; Patrolling Inspection at Mixing, Extrusion & Moulding).
PDIR and responsible for releasing the OK material for dispatch
Quality Improvement :Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to improve quality and reduce costs.

Designation 3: Shift In-charge- Production - 1 Position
Job Description :

Manpower handling :Releasing the job data to line operators.Shift planning and ensure operators allocation as per the skill matrix.
Root Cause Analysis:Identify root cause analysis to identify the causes of quality issues and initiate effective corrective and preventive actions along with Production Incharge/Mixing Incharge.
Production Reporting: Preparing regular reports on Production Plan Vs Actual.Reporting Internal Scrap trend ( Daily & Monthly)

Note:
1) Preference will be given to candidates from the Clerk trade or with experience in the admin department for the HR Executive position.
2) Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the EME trade or possessing technical knowledge for the Executive QC and Shift Incharge- Production positions.
